"The Chosen" video study series resumes Feb. 2
Our weekly group discussion and study based on the video series "The Chosen," which brings the greatest story every told to life, resumes Wednesdays at 5:30 PM on February 2 with Season 2. Please note we'll be observing social distancing and wearing face masks.
Family Movie Night
Join us for a family-friendly, all-ages Aloha Friday Movie Night at 6PM Friday, Feburary 18, when we'll screen "The Shack," based on The New York Times best-selling novel. This inspiring movie is about a father who, after a family tragedy, spirals into a crisis of faith and questions God's existence He gets a mysterious invitation to an abandoned shack and there God reveals Himself in the form of three strangers. Starring Sam Worthington, Octavia Spencer and Tim McGraw, this movie is one that you can see over and over again and be inspired every time. Everyone is welcome! The free screening, which includes popcorn and treats, will be held under the tent outdoors with distancing and mask-wearing.
Covid-19 restrictions continue
As of Aug. 15, 2021, our diocese requires masks during indoor or outdoor services except during the brief time when receiving the Communion wafer. Physical distancing of 6 feet between households is also required. Singing may be limited, but our clergy will advise you. Please help us to keep safe our vulnerable keiki, kūpuna, immunocompromised parishioners and those unable to be vaccinated, and thank you for your flexibility annd patience.

Our in-person worship services at St. Columba’s are also streamed live at 9:30am Sunday via Livestream and Facebook. You can also listen on your car radio while parked outside the church at 91.9 FM. We also offer an online-only Morning Prayer service at 9am Monday—Saturday on Facebook and this Livestream page.
Pa‘auilo Community Meal Paused
Our Tuesday evening drive-though Community Meal is on hiatus while we work on building a brand-new kitchen to serve the needs of the church and the community. Mahalo to all who volunteered and who came for dinner during the pandemic! In the meantime, our drive-through Community Meal at St. James’ in Waimea continues Thursdays from 4:30 to 5:30 PM. New volunteers and clients are always welcome!

Women’s Bible Study
The next Women’s Bible Study, led by the Rev. Marnie Keator, will be held online via Zoom on Friday, Jan. 21, from 10 AM to noon. We will be reading “The Friendship of Women: The Hidden Tradition of the Bible” by Joan Chittister. Here is the Zoom link; password is faith. Men’s Bible Study
