New job posting for a full-time Keiki, Youth and Family Ministries Coordinator for St. James’ & St. Columba’s
Our parish is seeking a joyful self-starter who is committed to inspiring, nurturing and educating our youth in their relationships and walks with Jesus. The coordinator should possess a magnetic personality and be responsible for identifying, training and supporting our volunteers. This ministry will require presence when our keiki and youth are available which will include holidays, weekends and after school hours. We want our youth to flourish in a Christ-centered environment where they are assured it is safe to trust and where they are loved. This is a full-time position with benefits. For more information, read the job posting here.

Covid-19 restrictions eased
As of spring 2022, our diocese no longer requires masks during indoor or outdoor services, but please feel free to wear a mask, especially given the current rise in cases in Hawai‘i County. We thank you for your flexibility and patience.

Watch our services online or from your car
Our in-person worship services at St. Columba’s are also streamed live at 9:30am Sunday via Livestream and Facebook. You can also listen on your car radio while parked outside the church at 91.9 FM. We also offer an  online-only Morning Prayer service at 9am Monday—Saturday on Facebook and this Livestream page.

Pa‘auilo Community Meal Paused; Food Pantry Offered
Our Tuesday evening drive-though Community Meal is on hiatus while we work on building a brand-new kitchen to serve the needs of the church and the community.  In the meantime, we appreciate donations of canned and boxed food for our community pantry. Also, our drive-through Community Meal at St. James’ in Waimea continues Thursdays from 4:30 to 5:30 PM. New volunteers and clients are always welcome!
